Embodied Support
Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are many things—a time of transformation, integration, and connection with baby. They are also experiences that ask much of the mind and body. Together, we can explore the nooks and crannies of nourishing yourself through each stage of the journey. Through somatic practices, herbalism, and more, I encourage awareness and connection to the self through embodied ways of healing.
Client-driven
As part of your support team, my role is not to direct your experience, but to support you in feeling informed, grounded, and connected to your own intuition and lived experience. I believe that building trust in oneself is an essential part of creating safety within the nervous system, the birthing space, and the family unit. I aim to walk alongside you in a way that feels collaborative, supportive, and empowering.
Community-oriented
The birth and postpartum care I provide is grounded in the values of community healing at a time when birthing folks and their families are for the most part isolated. As a doula, I also serve as a liaison to community organizations and professionals who offer accessible, comprehensive support—from body care, to material resources, to emotional & spiritual support networks and more.

We will begin with a meet & greet to establish your needs, and you can ask me any and all questions you may have! There are a variety of support options you can choose from, and I am here to help you determine what care package is right for you.

If you are looking for full-spectrum birth and postpartum support, packages range from $1,200 to $1,680.
If you choose to go with a postpartum care package, the prices vary from $460 to $1,060 depending on the type of support you seek. Alternatively, you can book individual visits according to your needs, with the starting price being $120 for a three-hour postpartum care visit.

As your birth and postpartum doula, I will support you through pregnancy until you are ideally nestled safely at home with baby.
Additionally, it is up to you to book however many visits you may need throughout the postnatal period! If you choose to go with one of my care packages, it includes a set amount of visits that you can book at the frequency that suits your needs.
